Business Outlook

Pros

Upper Management is extremely helpful. All upper management that I have met- district managers, regional managers, VP and asset Management have been outstanding, extremely nice, very appreciative and most important supportive.

Cons

Several reports are due at the beginning of the month when rent is due and lots of residents come in the office . Wish they could switch to the second week when it's not so crazy. there's really no con that I have noticed. I have been employed for six months so far as a manager and really enjoy being part of the team.
