Pros
There have been a lot of opportunities to work my way up, after a year and a half I'm in a totally different place than where I started. Leadership is great in that there's pretty much an open door policy with everyone. The company seems to be constantly growing, there are always new projects coming online and deadlines to meet. The corporate team is really professional and supportive, never hesitates to step in to help when necessary. Its a great office culture. Everyone is really professional and focused on their work but takes time to share lunch together, joke around, and just generally take a beat when needed. We close early before major holidays, celebrate birthdays, do company picnics or happy hours for the office. I was here for the hurricane season in 2017 and since the storm knocked the power out no one could come in for a week and a half, management made sure everyone got PTO for the we were out of the office.
Cons
Initially there was a lot of turnover but management seems to have made hiring and developing people a priority so the workload has become easier to manage. The matching on the 401K isn't really competitive with other companies.
