Pros
I have worked in the Property Management Industry for over 23 years and have experienced several companies in my tenure. I have been fortunate to work for larger companies and most were really great! I have to say AP brings a slightly different element to the table... There are so many great things about them from the organization to the extensive training/mentor program and the systems in place to help us succeed! Yes, many companies have this but what makes AP so great is the PEOPLE!! I have the most amazing bosses I have EVER had in all my years! Their sincere and genuine support for each of us is truly unmatched!
Cons
I honestly don't have any cons. Reports are a little heavy all in the first week of the month so that tends to be a slightly more stressful time of the month but if you stay organized and top of your work throughout the month it makes it a little less intense.
