      -This company consistently promotes from within -They offer 20% to those who live on site -The community I work at feels more like a family; I cannot speak for the other AP properties

      -The commission for leases is low and they tax it 20% before it gets to you -The budget set for maintenance is often to low and it’s unfair that their bonuses are tied to it,
