Pros
The upper management appears to want and attempt to make the culture very positive and welcoming. I assume the corporate side loves their job and company.
Cons
The lower level of employees are expected to execute an impossible number of tasks. The incentive and pay structure is an absolute joke. And the regional management may be the least motivating "leaders" I have ever seen. Prison wardens are more human.
