Atlantic Union Bank is a traditional bank that is working hard to address the needs of its customers. The focus is on ensuring a positive customer experience along with moving the Bank forward in the way it is thinking about the work and the solutions. The work environment here is fair and equitable. My inputs are valued and appreciated and one can see how his or her work directly contributes to the overall good of the organization.
Cons
Atlantic Union is a medium sized organization. The needs are many, but the workers are few. The biggest opportunity is to focus on the hiring of top talent. With the installation of a new head of HR, I am thinking this will be a focus of the company.
