      good products, good marketing, good sales tools

      Cons

      Injected management with European transplants, have lost recognizing all the great people who have built their position in the US. Moving up has become very political and not performance based. Lost their way in the US.

      The leadership team is very laid-back and easygoing. Received a pay raise every year I came back
