      -Work with a great team of people -Lots of independence and ability to work on your own -Trusted with projects once you prove you're good at your job -Creativity is welcome, as are new approaches -Creating a fun work environment and meaningful teambuilding experiences is prioritized -If you prove yourself, you'll have job opportunities and good references

      Cons

      -Some of the work is monotonous -Interns can have downtime every now and then -Sometimes it seems like individuals aren't committed to their jobs, which is frustrating when it means more work for you

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
