Pros

The new management brought on following the acquisition of C.H. Spencer are better to work for than the previous owners.

Cons

The new management did little to nothing to maintain the knowledgeable workforce developed by the previous owners. Bonuses were restructured to be far less than the previous structure which was put in place to offset the low wages. Employees were stuck with low wages or the opportunity to seek employment elsewhere. I suspect that Atlas Copco has ulterior motives. Why else would a Compressor Manufacturer buy a Pump Distributor.

Pros

Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

Cons

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
