      - Clear expectations set. - Supportive manager. - Extensive training plan. - Company invests a ton in gear and training to make sure you are well supported. - Collaboration software like MS Teams makes it easier to get quick answers.

      Cons

      - Most of the references are identified in European terms because company is based in Belgium. - The abbreviations of business lines and products don't really stand for anything. - That is really it, everything else has been great to this point.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
