      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, stimulate to take a lot of ownership and initiative. If you don't like to be told what to do every single minute of your day, this is a good place to work.

      Cons

      Downside of taking ownership and initiative is that you really need to push your agenda, which sometimes feels like trying to move a containership in the right direction. Can be hard as a junior employee.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
