      - Good work life balance and no pressure - Less manager intervention in projects - Following international policy of the company - Swedish - Opportunities of internal moving - Good opportunity for on site , sweden , US , Japan , China - Open door policy

      Cons

      - Good starting package for B.tech graduates (Management trainees) and less starting package for M.tech . - No position called PGET post graduate engineering trainee . Joining with master degree may not be worth for package - Management is not completely following international company policy - Swedish culture of working not completely following - Slow growth

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
