      Pros

      Really enjoyed all the different people that work there. People from every background and culture. It’s very interesting sharing stories and experiences with people who are in different stages of life and from different backgrounds/cultures.

      Cons

      Management is pretty bad. That allocate way too much money to people that really don’t help the company. Skilled workers do not get the pay that is required to keep employees there long term.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
