Pros

Company was good when it started, but as it grew the wrong people were put on the Exec Team and Management positions. Benefits were great, and if you need to take off for personal reasons they were great about this. The family atmosphere was great when I started there. The employees mattered to the CEO at the time he started his business.

Cons

Not much hands on by CEO, Robert Atlas, when he moved out of state. People were put in charge - COO Carl H. was a terrible mean person that demanded things me done even if it wasn't possible. HR Mgr - Lois Coburn was terrible - she did as she pleased, and wouldn't document unethical behavior because she was under the supervision of the individual acting unprofessional. When ever you needed to talk to her she was never around. CFO - Kerri G. was the meanest and unprofessional woman I have ever met. Saw what was going on in management, and it is too bad the CEO wasn't concerned enough about what was going on in his own company to do something about this. Moral was down, and we were being over worked. Open door policy should be really addressed, when issues occur within company they need to be taken seriously.. As the company got larger the employees where not as important, and the CEO took jobs to India more and more.

Pros

So much has changed in the last two years. The management team has done a lot to focus the departments and increase productivity while insisting that people stop working weekends.

Cons

Could use more formal training.

Pros

The domain (healthcare) the company works in is usually stable. The work used to be really good till a few years back but it appears to be mostly repetitive now with little or no innovation. It also used to be a good place to start as your first job as you could get noticed early if you work hard and good but I am not sure if that's still valid.

Cons

Benefits are average and in some cases below industry average (bonus etc.). Not much employee appreciation from the company and with absolutely little or no company meetings/outings. It's always strictly work and that makes the company a little dry.
