They have an excellent culture for learning and growth, and it's fun to be with a company at the start of their growth and building phase. Benefits are good!

Pros

The Surgery Center market is expanding rapidly and Atlas is well placed to lead that expansion. You will be challenged, work hard, learn, and grow with the company. Great exposure to all part of the company and with leadership. The employees at Atlas are great to work with and there is a lot of collaboration with all parts of the business. The medical benefits are fantastic!

Cons

There are a lot of deadlines and deliverables. But, hey that's accounting and they've been everywhere I've worked.
