Pros

Atlas is an entrepreneurial Company focused on creating a great culture for its employees and outstanding services to the physicians and patients Atlas serves. The goal is always to do the right thing for the right reasons, and to constantly strive to comply with all regulatory, accreditation, and legal standards. Motivated, self-starter, energetic people who thrive in an environment that encourages independence and initiative will thrive at this Company.

Cons

There are some growing pains associated with different emphasis by Atlas as the new Management Company of some of the existing Surgery Centers, but overall an environment that will foster personal growth and advancement.

Pros

The Surgery Center market is expanding rapidly and Atlas is well placed to lead that expansion. You will be challenged, work hard, learn, and grow with the company. Great exposure to all part of the company and with leadership. The employees at Atlas are great to work with and there is a lot of collaboration with all parts of the business. The medical benefits are fantastic!

Cons

There are a lot of deadlines and deliverables. But, hey that's accounting and they've been everywhere I've worked.
