Its clear that Atlas places people first. Atlas has worked hard to change the culture at Banner Surgery Centers and its resonated throughout the company and community. Atlas continues to build a strong and effective leadership team that is critical to the success of the business. It’s truly amazing to know that staff can mentality flourish when their leaders have their back. C-suite strongly believes in empowering their employees and setting them up for success. I can’t say it enough, come to the Atlas side! We give credit where credit is due, and we truly appreciate hard work in providing safe, high-quality patient care at our surgery centers.

Pros

The Surgery Center market is expanding rapidly and Atlas is well placed to lead that expansion. You will be challenged, work hard, learn, and grow with the company. Great exposure to all part of the company and with leadership. The employees at Atlas are great to work with and there is a lot of collaboration with all parts of the business. The medical benefits are fantastic!

Cons

There are a lot of deadlines and deliverables. But, hey that's accounting and they've been everywhere I've worked.
