Pros

The company is growing at an amazing pace and is designed to be very agile. Staff is full of amazing people to work with. Atlas is an excellent place to work. The staff at the corporate headquarters as well as the surgery center are amazing people to work with and truly care about the patients first. Management is very connected to the staff and they go out of their way to help in both personal and job matters. I left a company that felt like family only to find Atlas was an even closer family.

Cons

The commute to central Phoenix can be a bit of a pain.

Pros

The Surgery Center market is expanding rapidly and Atlas is well placed to lead that expansion. You will be challenged, work hard, learn, and grow with the company. Great exposure to all part of the company and with leadership. The employees at Atlas are great to work with and there is a lot of collaboration with all parts of the business. The medical benefits are fantastic!

Cons

There are a lot of deadlines and deliverables. But, hey that's accounting and they've been everywhere I've worked.
