Pros

Atlas truly has a great great culture that is driven from the top down. Everyone is so appreciative of the work you are doing and are always willing to help you learn and grow. Small company which allows you to do impactful and value-add work every day. There is always a lot of work to be done, so sometimes it can feel a bit hectic and busy, but I appreciate the variety of work and how no two days are alike.

Cons

Given it is a newer company, processes are still being developed to create greater efficiencies and communication between teams

Pros

The Surgery Center market is expanding rapidly and Atlas is well placed to lead that expansion. You will be challenged, work hard, learn, and grow with the company. Great exposure to all part of the company and with leadership. The employees at Atlas are great to work with and there is a lot of collaboration with all parts of the business. The medical benefits are fantastic!

Cons

There are a lot of deadlines and deliverables. But, hey that's accounting and they've been everywhere I've worked.
