There will always be positions available if looking for a position at a surgery center. This is only because the turn over rate is so high.

Cons

Safety of the patient is not the first priority. Safety of the staff is not even in the top 10 priorities. Speaking up is encouraged but taboo at the same time.

Pros

The Surgery Center market is expanding rapidly and Atlas is well placed to lead that expansion. You will be challenged, work hard, learn, and grow with the company. Great exposure to all part of the company and with leadership. The employees at Atlas are great to work with and there is a lot of collaboration with all parts of the business. The medical benefits are fantastic!

Cons

There are a lot of deadlines and deliverables. But, hey that's accounting and they've been everywhere I've worked.
