Can make a decent living. Benefits could be improved.

Cons

Terrible hiring choices when it comes to management. Constant micromanagement over true leadership due to inexperienced and insecure managers. Snake-like culture. Be ready for last minute, late night turnarounds, management asking you to add them to every invite "just to make sure you can do your job", being thrown under the bus for their benefit constantly, etc.

Pros

The Surgery Center market is expanding rapidly and Atlas is well placed to lead that expansion. You will be challenged, work hard, learn, and grow with the company. Great exposure to all part of the company and with leadership. The employees at Atlas are great to work with and there is a lot of collaboration with all parts of the business. The medical benefits are fantastic!

Cons

There are a lot of deadlines and deliverables. But, hey that's accounting and they've been everywhere I've worked.
