Very shady - Anonymous employee Atlas Senior Living Employee Review

On my first day I only received 2 hours of training and expected to work the remaining day with little instruction and supervision. Extremely poor communication about job expectations and performance. Was blamed for things, while new and untrained, and yet made every effort to seek help, MY FIRST WEEK. On exit interview, asked "is there anything we can do to help with your training?" leading me to believe perhaps I was being coached MY FIRST WEEK. This experience has completely triggered my anxiety and i cannot recommended but to perhaps run from this nightmare job that throws people in way way too deep.
