Pros
Amazing people and supportive colleagues. Strong core values, at least historically. Competitive salary with very generous benefits. Fully remote work model. Clear pay transparency.
Cons
Core values feel weaker over time, especially after recent leadership changes. There have been too many organizational changes in the last few years, creating constant instability and change fatigue. Performance assessment has shifted heavily toward individual performance, which has weakened teamwork and the “play as a team” culture, leading to a more self-focused environment. Some newer executive leadership appears to have questionable culture fit. Decision-making feels increasingly top-down and rushed, with limited team input. The introduction of bell-curve-inspired performance ratings has increased internal competition. Ongoing re-orgs make long-term planning difficult.
