Pros

With the previous CEO of Sparc taking the reigns Atlatl is showing a lot of promise as a budding technology company with a bright future. If you're looking to get the experiential latitude common among young start ups to grow your skill set Atlatl is fantastic. With a large funding round last year and a mindset for hiring and rewarding talent much of the risk inherent in start ups is mitigated.

Cons

If you're the kind of person who has to stick to a rigorously defined work environment and have a strong disdain for rapid project change then Atlatl probably isn't for you.

Pros

Get to work with extremely smart & talented individuals. Lean startup which gives you the opportunity to get tons of experience in different areas & exposure to things you would not necessarily get.

Cons

Fast paced & lean which means lots of change is always occuring. If you can jump onboard and embrace/be part of this change then you will succeed.
