Cons

This is a start-up going into extreme growth and scale stage. That comes with huge challenges that put pressure on engineering and sales. We are running extremely lean and fast and that environment is not a fit for all people.

Get to work with extremely smart & talented individuals. Lean startup which gives you the opportunity to get tons of experience in different areas & exposure to things you would not necessarily get.

Cons

Fast paced & lean which means lots of change is always occuring. If you can jump onboard and embrace/be part of this change then you will succeed.
