      Most field jobs are self directed (if that’s for you). My work group is great to work with.

      You are in charge of your own career. Not much help with developing. Nothing happens by itself.

      Great benefits, good work schedules.

      Cons

      Hard to grow, and work is demanding. The calls are back to back, you have less than 30 seconds between calls.
