Pros
Atmos Energy is a company that really cares for its employees. Everyone is treated like family and with respect. They have fantastic benefits, and you are always kept in the loop with what is going on in the company through quarterly live video updates. They have a very generous PTO program as well. As long as you are doing your job to the best of your ability, you will have a great experience as an employee of Atmos Energy.
Cons
Unless you are in a technical type role or work in the corporate office in Dallas, there is not a whole lot of room for advancement. That being said, as long as you are happy in your role, that really isn't an issue.
