Pros
Good base pay. Yearly bonuses based on company financials, annual performance review, and achieving your personal agreed upon goals. Emphasis placed on having a culture based on mutual respect.
Cons
It's very obvious that recent promotions to executive and upper level management have been based on DEI initiatives. Non-engineers are looked down on as being "necessary but inferior" employees. Current CEO is not as open, honest, and approachable as predecessors. Some managers sidestep company's culture when it suits their needs.
