8yThank you for acknowledging the great people with whom you worked. We do have great people and we continue to add to the team. Employees are at the core of what/how we deliver, how we're building, growing, and innovating, and we are focused on creating an atmosphere of opportunity, challenge, growth, enjoyment, and performance for all of us as employees.
Relative to the challenges you experienced when you worked here... I appreciate the feedback. It's important to understand. We cannot transform and elevate a business as we have over the past four years by being or having any of those elements as a core element of who we are.
If disorganization, reactionary behavior, a lack of leadership, etc. were core elements... we couldn't have organized operations, added managed Azure in a pivot to add public cloud, and grown the business with a new product mix, in new markets, etc. Certainly, transformation encompasses a lot of change... change can have elements where it feels disorganized or out of control... but done in an intentional way, change also provides for opportunity... opportunity for Atmosera to maintain relevancy in the changing technology services market... and opportunity for those employees that help build "better" and "greatness" out of the transformation.
