Seriously appreciate the feedback. I’m glad you saw value in professional improvement and the talent we have at Atmosera. There’s a lot we’ve done (can always do more) around development and providing opportunities for folks to expand their professional knowledge… especially in technology. I’m disappointed your experience around leadership was subpar or unclear. The organization, our employees, all of us – even our customers – need to know where we’re headed (our vision), what success looks like, and how/when we’ll measure progress… and then, why it all matters to Atmosera and us as employees (in our individual and team roles). I’ll take a look at how I/we better communicate all of this beyond the methods already in place. On the tech side of things, I believe, over the past 4 years, we’ve been transitioning a company from a Portland-focused colocation & hosting company to a leading, trusted, global hybrid Cloud Solution Provider -- one capable of exceptional delivery with modern technology & services… that transition doesn’t happen overnight nor does it happen without careful planning. Relative to your advice, I have every intention of having Atmosera be here in five years (and beyond)… and one of the reasons I believe this is because I care immensely about this business, our clients, and all of us as employees… if that’s not coming across elsewhere on the team, I will address it. Thanks again for your feedback.
