Not sure if this is an actual employee review or not (based on date of review); however we will respond to your points. In your Pros section you mention work from home "occasionally": We have a very flexible work environment including a WEEKLY work from home Wednesday. There have never been any other indications of working from home in any of our hiring information; and we do allow team members to work from home on other days if the situation calls for it. All you would have needed to do was talk to your manager. From your Cons section: Sorry you felt leaders were misguided, again wish you would share with them. You mention Zero compensation & benefits. Along with your annual salary; we offer a monthly bonus, 4\% company matching to our 401(k) plan, 2 weeks of vacation in year one (3 in year two) and are flexible if you need to work around events going on in your life as well, monthly training budgets, supplemental insurance, company outings, and also do weekly think-and-drink sessions. As for pay, we have employees in a multitude of salary ranges based on the job and also include a profit sharing and commission structure. As for moving - we were in the Shops of Legacy for over 5 years and in our current location for over 3. Businesses do move occasionally and that should be expected. We have been in business for 18 years and have done so by building a strong business that serves our team members and clients well. I apologize that you didn't get that impression with your time here at Atomic.

Pros

- Small, everything you do has a significant impact. - Smart and talented people, including leadership. - Leadership actually, like really does care about their people. - Flexible as possible with personal needs and accommodations. - Leadership is open but respectfully cautious to new ideas. - Casual and down to earth culture. - Fantastic camaraderie and culture, still friends with most of them even after a couple years. - Work from home Wednesdays (pre-covid) - Think and Drink events, which is basically an excuse to have a couple beers and blow off steam on Fridays. - Relatively low turnover for an agency.

Cons

- Small, everything you do has a significant impact. - Small, very little to no internal advancement paths and compensation is under market. - Its an agency so pace can be intense but still better than most. - As a developer, I would have to admit their tech stack is a little boxed in and quite a bit behind. But their clients don't feel that, wouldn't know any better and probably wouldn't care anyway - they get it done and very well too.
