      Flexible working culture, wfh, work environment, up skilling opportunity.

      Cons

      Yearly increment is low and might not get in some of the year, veriable cut happens, management even says that we did not work enough even after completing all yearly targets and they will try to give lower score

      Remote, well paying, relaxed and uncompetitive environment that helps foster learning and growth while still maintaining high standards of quality for delivery
