Cons
Almost ZERO hike to employees even if you have topmost ratings. Removing existing benefits from employees: Carry forward leaves were 45. They were reduced to 35 and now they are 25. They force you to take leaves if your leave balance is more than 10. Unfriendly sick leave policy : You must take at-least 2 sick leaves. single sick leave is not approved. Unfriendly HRs : HR department is very unfriendly. No work is done without escalations of HRs. Visa processing, help with documents, corrections etc. are delayed. Even escalations are of no use. No process is followed for formal HR activities. They don't care how urgent or important it is for you. Laptops that are provided are in very bad conditions. Variable Pay which was the only pro for Atos earlier is now a con. Join only if you plan to stay for a maximum 1 year and you are ready to take stress due to issues caused by vague HR policies. Don't stay longer.
