Pros
They show they care about their employees!! Implemented a Hurricane Relief Fund for those impacted by the storm! Also implemented two flexible work arrangements for employees, reduced work schedule and sabbatical time off; in additional to vacation, floating holidays and holiday time off!
Cons
Some important educational materials and useful resources books etc. that can assist employees in being more effective on their jobs are not provided by the company, they have to be self-obtained by the employee with no reimbursement to the employee.
