      You are exposed to a wealth of knowledge and guidance. Great facilities to work in.

      Cons

      Management out to get you rather than there to help you progress and achieve. Not enough full time jobs. Management have never done front line job and know nothing about specific contracts which isn't very useful

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely is the main perk.

      Cons

      Salary is low for the role, and the company has not been stable for the last few years. Seems like more emphasis is on the overseas workforce than the US. You never know when you are going to get laid off.
