Burnout is guaranteed. They say 'don't kill yourself working' and then leave no option but to work until you drop. Understaffed, poorly led, and too interested in pie-in-the-sky razzle-dazzle instead of the nuts-and-bolts of serving their customers. No interest from management in retaining talented workers, even those who are absolutely key and essential.
