Pros
1. Good work life balance. 2. No pressure, flexible deadlnes. 3. Time is not much of a concern, just need to complete 8.45 hrs. in a day. 4. Food is almost free, transportation facility is provided at a minimal cost. 5. If you are a localite and a family man, this place is heaven.
Cons
1. Slow growth in terms of compensation. 2. NO ONSITE opportunity. You will only get one if you are minimum 5 yrs. old in the company and that too for very short time.
