not being unemployed, direct management cares but hands are always tied, orders are from nameless, faceless high level executives that have no idea what you do or who you are
Cons
Mandatory furloughs, no bonuses, 2 percent raise in 7 years which cancels out when you are asked to give up a weeks pay, IT employees are treated like cattle, you are just a number, good employees are taken for granted - company's sole focus is on acquisitions
