Pros
-The local staff was great to work for -Insurance benefits were good
Cons
-Loss of vacation time -Failure to fill open positions which means excessive work for staff that tries to tough it out and upset clients -Mandatory furloughs -"Voluntary" work without pay right before a holiday. Supposedly to cover something that happened within the North America sector. Basically punishing the employees for upper management's poor decisions -No raises or compensation for long term employees, but will pay someone with no experience with the company or client more money than existing employees -They spend a lot of time trying to outsource everything that they can to other countries or bring in employees from other countries at lower wages than what they will pay US staff -Only contribute to 401k once a year. If you leave before the contribution period, you lose the company match for the 401k
