Hard to think of any honestly. A few good/capable people employed here... the culture is a cancer. Atos leadership overall exhibits ALL of the 10 warning signs of a negative corporate culture: Poor internal communication; Micromanagement; Hypercompetition; Bad habits; Focus on profit; Gossip; Low employee engagement; Lack of empathy; Poor management and leadership; A corporate culture that lacks discipline

Chaos,confusion, poor leadership/management, people in senior positions from acquired companies doing everything they can to keep the profit margins up and build a better /bigger parachute for themselves. Communications at Atos is more about listening to respond, than listening to hear. To win in the marketplace you must first win in the workplace... Atos is failing in the workplace.
