Pros
Everyone carries the attidtude. Still they treat with there colleagues like they are seniors and we are junior. Very pathetic work environment. Even if we need to talk to manager we need to fix the appointment to speak with them. So many politics inside. So support no growth always doubts on employees.
Cons
Manager behaviour and work culture. The most worst thing I have escalated to HR managers no use. They took managers side only and we are convenced nicely because managers are working so long time in that company so they took their side only. Work culture is so horrible its more of like a school because taking our comp off also we need to go approach Line manager first like LMs are class teachers they check with manager like they are principals. Then again LM come up with an answer then we ourself has to beg to be some as our backup. If he or she accepts then ok or else we need to work irrespective of our concern no matter if your family require you badly or you are not feeling well. So strange is we asked by LMs work beyond our work time wothout OT. Even manadatory of also we have to come office and work. There are so many things 100 pages are not enough to narrate the facts.
