Fairly toxic work culture Absolutely no exposure to concepts outside of Service Desk responsibilities; no opportunity to make a transition to sys admin or network admin Rules are applied selectively based on who management likes and doesn't like Nearly non-existent pay raises Furniture and hardware given to techs is often either old or broken Staffing service to provide new hires does little to no vetting; new hires often have never even attempted to troubleshoot a computer before
