Pros
I worked in Outsourced offshore location, so, it really affects my experience. All in all great place for a start, very stable, huge corporation, good health insurance. Super friendly and nice colleagues, management. No stress, I would say.
Cons
Small salary and really hard to get it up (but it's actually depends on country and some individual things, so I can't say for all, but for many of my young colleagues including me). Things that I was supposed to do were very mundane and automatic. This could be done by a smart software. Just basic Excel.
