1) Liars: What you will be told about work in interview/discussion will be different than ground reality. 2) They can run 24*7 model with 3-4 people and feel proud about it 3) Perfect place to work with bunch of ITT pass outs with no motivation and skills. 4) Don't even look for motivation from senior management since they are exhausted themselves because of stupid policies. 5) Work life balance is Zero and I always felt burnt out because of 60 hrs week. 6) If you want to see that how can an IT model be run with sub standard resources using below par processes, please join them :)
