Loss of time and effort - Security Manager Atos Employee Review

The organization is not trustworthy. They often put people on the bench or suspend their contract for no reason. The company does not give you the opportunity to improve yourself and be a competent employee. So far I have paid for my all training because the company often claims that they have freeze or not budget for it. It is very difficult to get a salary increase you have to beg your line manager for 15 percent of salary increase. In my 4 years of employment, I got only a 15 percent salary increase in total. You change your tower or position even with it they offer you very low salary. I believe they are aware that it is the biggest employer in Bydgoszcz and they don't have competitors. They use it! They manipulate people for it. Because they know that most of the people who work there have been already settled in Bydgoszcz with their family. The company does not have any benefits at all except 50 zloty medicover points every month. If you can count it as a benefit when it is compared to other companies in the market. They don't value your work and they don't appreciate you. The only thing they like is making difficulties for employees when they want to terminate their contract. They are stingy and they all the time want to cut the cost for themselves. It is a shame that I wasted my many years in this organization.
