Pros
None. You may make some friends as everyone is miserable and misery loves company
Cons
Where to begin, cowboy management is the first term that comes to mind. If you're at the top you'll be fine, however, this company could not care less about it's employees or whether you are happy in your job. - Favoritism was not uncommon from managers and leadership, especially in BDS division. Basically if you're not French you will struggle to progress in this company in the US. All US management are French (with the odd exception) and they make sure to look after their own. - Pay is lousy and it is very unlikely that you will get a raise during your time there, this is probably why the team I was on had 100% attrition in 1 year, including myself. Even the majority of HR staff left, that should be a good sign to avoid this dismal company. - Benefits are paltry, don't expect anything beyond the bare minimum. - Autocratic and arrogant leadership styles from people who truly believe they know what they're doing. - Workforce are all equally miserable and talk about how they want to get out of Atos. - They are not innovative and just copy the bigger firms and brand it in blue and white.
