I fear telling anyone who I work for due to bad press and public opinion of the company. The wages are totally built around giving the HCP's as much as possible and paying admin as little as possible. There is a very bad favouritism factor within management, where a number of colleagues are allowed without provocation to get away with poor time keeping, bad attitude and time off. Where the ones not favoured (who are perfectly good at their job) if they acted in the same way would be disciplined or sacked altogether.
