Pros
It's a steady company. The service management of the account I work on has been steadily improving with good and professional people coming in. They genuinely try to give symbolic recognition for effort and value. It is possible to get satisfying things done. Good international organisation so lots of working across borders.
Cons
No possibility (at least on this account) of promotion or substantial recognition for technical staff without going into management or making big sacrifices in terms of employment. Very clear that paying as little as possible in salary, pension and meaningful benefits is a high priority.
