Pros
Allows working from home, flexible hours, very generous PTO/Vacation options. Contract work is consistent and easy to plan around. Lots of communication from upper management via all-hands meetings or calls.
Cons
Mac specialized department(s) are often anemic in personnel, hardware, and training. Confusing job/department responsibilities and requirements lead to unneeded stress and "politics" in the work environment. Recognition for above and beyond work is rare.
