Pros

-They provide you with a 2-week course to know everything about IT Support (level 1); something that could be beneficial if you want to start your career in IT. -Gain experience in an International & Big Enterprise is something that other companies could consider advantageous.

Cons

-The starting salary is too low. It's not competitive at all. -The "benefits" that they could provide you are not as good; compared with other international companies. For instance, they don't give you a yearly budget to use in your career growth, such as courses, additional formations, etc. -Sometimes time shifts are very rough (since they can change your weekly schedule whenever they want to, even at the last minute) -Not paid extra hours. The average working hours in this position are 10 hours or sometimes even 12 (in a full-time position). So if you have a part-time position, be ready to work as a full-time one. -Arrogant managers; far from helping you, they are more likely to look over your shoulder and ignore you. In this company, you will have to be your own mentor. -Old offices with outdated equipment. Bearing in mind the long working hours, it's expected to have at least a comfortable space. But nothing could be further from the truth; uncomfortable chairs, small desks; the rest area (?) non-existent.

Pros

Ability to work remotely is the main perk.

Cons

Salary is low for the role, and the company has not been stable for the last few years. Seems like more emphasis is on the overseas workforce than the US. You never know when you are going to get laid off.
